About Delta Focus
How fast does it reach temperature?
15 seconds to hot or cold.
What temperatures does it cover?
Cold 40–50 °F and heat 100–120 °F. Contrast alternates the two.
How do the buttons work?
Tap the first button for cold and hold it for contrast. Tap the second for heat and hold it for vibration. Tap either one during a session to stop it. There is also a power button on the side, and LEDs show cold, heat, vibration and battery.
What does the vibration do?
Hold the second button to switch vibration on or off. It runs on its own, so you can use it with cold, heat or contrast, or by itself, and it shuts off after 15 minutes.
How long is a session, and how many do I get per charge?
Every session lasts 15 minutes, then stops by itself. A full charge gives you 6 sessions.
How do I charge it?
Over 12 W USB-C. A full charge takes 1 h 45 min.
Do I need the app?
No. Both devices work from their own buttons. Pair the app over Bluetooth when you want exact temperatures and saved routines. One app works with Delta Focus and Delta Form.
Is it the same technology as Delta Form?
The heating and cooling technology is the same, so the set-point ranges match. Delta Focus is the handheld, with vibration. Delta Form is the wearable, with compression and massage.
What protections are built in?
The heat setting can't go above 120 °F and the cold setting can't go below 40 °F. Any therapy session stops by itself after 15 minutes. When it switches between hot and cold it ramps down, pauses, then eases the heat in. Tapping a button stops a session, and below about 5% battery it will not start one. While it charges, a temperature sensor sets how fast it charges and whether to switch on active cooling. Delta Focus is a general wellness device, not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
How big is it, and can I carry it?
It is 110 × 55 × 55 mm and weighs 10 oz. It slips into a backpack, a gym bag, even a pocket.

How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on carts over $299 USD. Otherwise shipping is calculated from your location and the items in your order, and you always see the price before you buy.
What is the return policy?
30-day returns. A 10% restocking fee applies, and the device must come back in good condition. No purchase is final sale, and minor scratches won't be an issue. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll do our best to make it right.
